Key Responsibilities
- Incentive Calculations & Operations
- Ensure the My Incentives product is configured with flexible and scalable calculation workflows.
- Maintain calculation checklists to validate monthly incentive computations.
2.Data-Based Program Insights & Dashboards
- Guide the setup of custom sales dashboards and reports based on client input.
- Independently propose views (e.g., metrics, user segmentation by hierarchy/region/segment, time-based comparisons) to help achieve client goals.
- Develop frameworks for ROI and impact analysis tied to campaign objectives.
- Operationalize insights via automated dashboards that update on a continuous/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with client/account teams to translate insights into action.
3.New Client POCs
- Lead setup of new client POCs with clearly scoped calculation flows and dashboards.
4.Product Analytics
- Review feature usage with segmentation by user maturity, performance, etc., and partner with Customer Success to improve adoption and value.
- Test new features for incentive calculation and dashboarding; suggest enhancements based on findings.
5.AI-Led Innovation
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI in a privacy-first and accuracy-first manner within the product.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with expertise in mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel and Python/ SQL; ability to learn other analytic tools quickly.
- Experience in marketing campaign analytics.
- Technical writing skills for queries, reports, and presentations.
- Bonus: Experience or interest in prompt engineering
