My Incentives is a B2B, no-code enterprise SaaS product. We automate the end-to-end sales and channel incentive process, typically for large companies with 2,000+ member strong frontline and channel sales teams.

- Automating the admin hassle of executing and calculating sales incentives — our sophisticated, real-time engine ingests and transforms data and calculates incentives in real time
- Gamifying and motivating frontline and channel sales teams
- Providing visibility to regional sales leadership
- Driving zero leakages and zero fraud in incentive payouts

What You'll Do
- 1 Paid Search & Performance: Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) to drive B2B lead generation
- 2 Multi-Channel Acquisition: In addition to Google Ads, drive leads via outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms
- 3 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify technical hacks and integrations to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates on landing pages
- 4 Data-Driven Execution: Gather and derive actionable insights from Google Analytics and Pipedrive to refine targeting and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

What You'll Need
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS domain
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory
Skills & Qualities
- Analytical mindset — strong bias for using data and tools to make decisions
- Great communication skills and a creative mindset to balance technical performance with compelling brand messaging
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and report into the Head of Sales
