‘My Incentives’ is a b2b, no-code enterprise SaaS product. We automate the end-to-end sales and channel incentive process, typically for large companies with 2,000+ member strong frontline and channel sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual testers to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Define and execute test strategies, plans, and processes for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth testing cycles.
- Introduce and implement automation testing into the QA lifecycle using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Identify areas for test optimization and drive continuous improvement in test coverage and test cycle efficiency.
- Own test reporting, bug tracking, and quality metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables across multiple sprints/releases.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of total experience in software testing, with at least 1 year of hands-on automation testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and QA best practices.
- Experience managing or mentoring QA teams.
- Proficient in using automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working on SaaS products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured.
- Experience with test management tools.
- Understanding of cloud platforms.
