My Incentives – This is a gamified incentive platform designed to drive performance for sales teams and channel partners. The users of My Incentives range from direct sales teams on the company’s payroll to indirect sales teams including channel partners, distributors, field sales teams, inside sales teams, retailers, stockists, and gig workers. Our platform can calculate incentives for complex sales schemes, and we have a seamless mechanism for delivery of incentive payouts. It offers real-time tracking through gamified campaigns like milestone journeys, races, and target meters, automated incentive calculations, and fast reward disbursal directly on the app.


Buzzz – A comprehensive Reward and recognition product for employee engagement that helps drive performance and innovation at the workplace. It is designed to empower business, from accelerating employee engagement to helping appreciate good work and motivating employees to deliver on business objectives.

Responsibilities of the role
Infrastructure Architecture and Management

a. Utilize expertise in infrastructure architecture to design and implement
robust and scalable solutions for data centers, servers, and networks.
b. Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Unix operating systems to
ensure optimal performance and reliability.
c. Administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls,
and VPNs, to facilitate seamless connectivity and data transmission.


Emerging Technologies and Cloud Computing:

a. Stay updated with emerging technologies such as cloud computing,
desktop virtualization, and unified communications, including O365, Azure
VDI, and AWS Cloud servers.
b. Demonstrate proficiency in managing cloud resources to optimize cost,
performance, and security in platforms like Azure and AWS.
c. Execute MySQL database migration activities and administer MongoDB
Atlas for efficient data management.
d. Manage AWS S3 buckets for secure and scalable storage solutions.


Network Security and Telephony Administration:

a. Implement network security principles and best practices, including VPN
configurations, firewall management, and antivirus solutions such as
Bitdefender and Fortigate.
b. Administer telephony systems, preferably Avaya IP Office, to ensure
uninterrupted communication services for the organization.

Active Directory and User Support:
a. Manage Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group
management, password resets, and multi-factor authentication (MFA),
ensuring efficient access control and security.
b. Provide user query support and resolve technical issues related to
infrastructure components and services.


Vendor Management and Cost Optimization:
a. Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for procurement of hardware,
software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to
service level agreements (SLAs).
b. Implement cost optimization strategies in Azure and AWS to minimize
expenses while maximizing resource utilization and performance.


Cloud Resource Administration:
a. Administer Azure Active Directory, including user and group management,
access control, and identity and access management (IAM) with rolebased access control (RBAC) extensions.
b. Manage Azure resources such as storage accounts, virtual machines
(VMs), disks, and network interfaces to meet organizational requirements.
c. Handle Office 365 administration tasks, including domain management,
user provisioning, and license management.
d. Configure and manage network security groups (NSGs) for controlling
inbound and outbound traffic in Azure.


AWS S3, Server Migrations, Antivirus, and Firewall Management:
a. Manage AWS S3 buckets, including configuration, access control, and data
lifecycle management, to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of data.
b. Plan and execute server migrations, including physical-to-virtual (P2V) and
virtual-to-virtual (V2V) migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data
loss.
c. Administer antivirus solutions and firewall configurations to protect the
organization’s network infrastructure from malware, viruses, and
unauthorized access.


ISO Compliance Management:
a. Manage ISO compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to relevant
standards and regulations for information security, data privacy, and
quality management.
b. Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to support ISO
certification requirements and audit readiness.


What you will need
● Well versed in Azure AD (creation of user, MFA, RBAC, Recovery etc)
● Resource creation and manage in Azure and AWS (VM,EC2,RDS,Vnet,NSG &
Disk)
● Experience with iOS, Android APP Upload on play store
● Experience with use of GitLab
● Knowledge of Power Shell Script

  • Execution of program deliverables in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders – as per agreed SLAs and quality expectations
  • Managing complex program data and MIS        
  • Daily program related activities throughout the program life cycle
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with other internal departments to ensure outstanding service and solutions
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple programs

What you will need

  • Advanced level MS Excel proficiency including data analysis will be added advantage.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
