Group Account Manager – Client solutions 

About Us 

GRG India is a SaaS company specializing in incentive and reward management. Our flagship product, My Incentives, is a no-code, enterprise-grade SaaS solution that helps large organizations (2,000+ member sales and channel teams) design, manage, and automate incentive programs. 

We partner with leading brands across BFSI, FMCG, Construction, IT, Agrochemicals, and Automotive sectors, enabling them to: 

  • Automate incentive administration and real-time calculations 
  • Gamify and motivate frontline and channel sales teams 
  • Provide visibility to sales leadership 
  • Ensure zero leakage and fraud in incentive payouts 

 

Role Purpose 

Group Account Manager will lead a team of Account Managers working across Client servicing, Program Operations, and Customer Service. This role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and commercial accountability to drive client success and sustainable growth. 

You will be the trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, champion their needs internally, and ensure flawless service delivery through operational excellence and technology-enabled processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Leadership & Relationship Management 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong and trusted partnerships. 
  • Understand client business goals, technical needs, and align solutions to deliver measurable outcomes. 
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their voice drives product enhancements and service improvements. 

Team Leadership & Operations 

  • Manage and mentor Account Managers and their teams across servicing, operations, and support. 
  • Design, optimize, and oversee operational processes to ensure seamless program delivery. 
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. 

Commercial & Strategic Accountability 

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 
  • Own financial performance: budgets, forecasts, profitability, and revenue targets. 

Performance Management & Reporting 

  • Track account KPIs, prepare business reviews, and present performance insights to clients and senior leadership. 
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and ensure alignment with company growth goals. 

Technical & Product Expertise 

  • Leverage deep product knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend solutions. 
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities. 
  • Explore AI-driven opportunities to optimize and automate processes. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience in client relationship management at senior leadership levels, ideally in SaaS, incentives, loyalty, or enterprise solutions. 
  • Strong project management skills, coordinating cross-functional teams on large, complex programs. 
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence at C-level. 
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and driving account profitability. 
  • A track record of managing people, with excellent organizational and mentoring skills. 
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
