The client’s pan India presence is majorly facilitated through franchise stores. Prior to working with GRG India, they ran an in-house incentive program to motivate franchise store employees and boost sales. This program largely depended on the franchise store owners and managers to distribute the incentives to frontline sales executives. However, a lack of visibility into the last-mile disbursement of incentives made the measurement of the incentive program’s reach and success a challenge for the organization. 

In addition, as the franchise store employees weren’t directly on the company’s payroll, tracking their individual performances and incentivizing them directly wasn’t also a possibility.
