• My Incentives – This is an end-to-end software to calculate and deliver incentives for
enterprises to drive performance for sales teams and channel partners.
• Buzzz – a comprehensive Reward and recognition product for employee engagement
that helps drive performance and innovation at the workplace. It is designed to
empower business, from accelerating employee engagement to helping appreciate good
work and motivating employees to deliver on business objectives.


THIS ROLE REPORTS TO
This role reports to dual line – Managing Director and Head of finance


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hr Operations:
• Evaluating, rebuilding, implementing HR processes & admin policies
• Define and maintain jd’s, KRA & kpi’s for each position.
• Define and optimize departmental KRA along with department head.
• Maintain all documents pertaining to Employee Lifecycle
Talent Management:
• Planning & execution of performance evaluation
• Identification and delivery of learning & development needs
• Recruitment, induction & retention plan.
• Reduce expenses with 3rd party contractors.

• Defining and implementing a uniform salary structure.
• Finalizing other benefits for employees as per industrial standards.
Organizational Development Interventions:
• Conducting regular feedback and engagement surveys
• Proactive approach in driving company behaviors and culture across the organization

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years’ experience in HR, ideally within a medium sized organization.
• Masters/university degree in appropriate area of studies, e.g. HRM, business management
etc.
• Flexible and collaborative approach, with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• An empathetic and engaging style.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• A well-organized, process orientated and positive approach.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Execution of program deliverables in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders – as per agreed SLAs and quality expectations
  • Managing complex program data and MIS        
  • Daily program related activities throughout the program life cycle
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with other internal departments to ensure outstanding service and solutions
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple programs

What you will need

  • Advanced level MS Excel proficiency including data analysis will be added advantage.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
